I've not wanted to OC, so I can't speak from that perspective, however, consider that the small spaces, handcuffs, and bubbas with badges are of little threat to you. IN law does not stipulate OC or CC, so any action taken by a police officer against you in response to that issue alone could be looked upon as a financial opportunity.
