| If he's in TJ (that what we called Tijuana when I grew up in So Cal), she could live in San Diego and visit on the weekends.
If the man were still in the US, he'd be in prison. She'd be driving hours to visit him during visitors hours.
I get they are in "Luuuuuuvvv", but do what's best for your kids.
She could, and probably would, be able to collect welfare and some type of family assistance ten minutes North of TJ in San Diego. They are for sure not getting any government assistance in Mexico.
Remember, he was convicted of drug charges. That's why he was deported.
