Look at the economy right now. You really think that the only thing wrong is the housing market? We are spending huge sums of money on the Iraq war. The national debt is at record levels & increasing daily. If the goal was to cause economic hardship then I can see where someone could claim success.

Have you not seen any of His videoes or reporting on them? He used the words "quagmire" & compared our situation to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
I'll see if I can find one of hundreds of articles that spell it out for you. Google works for anti-Republican articles just as well as anti-Democrat ones.

I do believe the author. I have seen too much information that backs up his story not to.
Does that mean I will vote for Obama based on this one article? Nope. But taken in its entirety, the information that I've read tells me there is no clearly superior candidate in this election.
McCain was pretty decent at one point until he started moving closer to Bushes ideas.
