| I live in Lawrence so I can go to the Lawrence municipal building. Very easy process and did not require notarizing the form. The only hassle was the fact that an officer had to be called in to do the fingerprinting as the one on duty was busy. Took a good half hour but there were no other problems. It did take the whole 10 weeks to get it. |
