| Last time I was there was about 7 years ago. It was bad then and I'm sure much worse now. At least 1 reported kidnapping a day and estimated at 3 -5 actual kidnappings a day. Sounds like Sheriff Joe needs help NOT obstruction from the Obama Democrats
