Post Using the Private Sales Feedback Forum READ BEFORE POSTING

The Feedback Forum here on INGO is provided as a tool to help INGOers make educated decisions during their transactions in the Classifieds Forum.

If you are curious about a potential buyer's or seller's feedback here on INGO, simply follow this procedure to get a quick snapshot of the member's dealings in the Classifieds Forum:

Click on the Search tab, and then the Advanced Search link. In the Keyword box, type the other member's username. In the drop-down box below, select Search Titles Only. In the Search in Forums box, select the Private Sales forum. After hitting Search Now you should see a list of all that person's feedback.

To make the Feedback forum more user-friendly, please follow these simple rules when posting:

  • Make 1 post per transaction. If you bought/traded 3 items, but all in the same transaction, then make only 1 post.
  • +1 is for a positive experience, -1 is for a negative experience.
  • Titles must be "+1 member-name" or "+1 for member-name". No +2 or +10. Be sure to spell the members name EXACTLY as it appears.
  • Third-party comments are not allowed. However, the subject of the feedback may post a "thank you" post if they wish.
  • Do not piggy-back on someone else's feedback. If you had a positive experience with a member, don't simply put "+1" after someone else's feedback for that person.
  • All -1's must be based on a failed transaction. The complaintant gets their post, and the accused gets a rebuttal post, then it will be closed by a Moderator. No third parties may comment in the thread.
Following these few rules will ensure a clear picture of each member's feedback. Thanks!
