OK don't flame me because you think I'm fishing, but I saw that ruger has 44 mag bolt guns now so I'm going to let one of my 44 levers go but I'm a hunter shooter not a collector, I have a marlin 1894 made before the safety, its in good shape plain round barrel, Last year I found a Puma 44 scout and I like the scout better than the marlin because of the scope mount and cheek piece,

Heres the deal, I have been told the marlin is worth more than the puma, the puma is more accurate by a small margin,

What I'm asking is which one should I sell, and WHY am I being told the marlin is worth more,

both guns are sound, both have similar finish's, ect. I don't see much differnce in them and I'm pretty much a hardcore shooter with a collection of some very premium firearms but thier all shooters no chrome, or wild west guns
