How did you TRAIN today? 6-30-09

Stretching and Yoga this am.

My kids got a Wii balance board and I played around with the exercise program.
My review is, for strength training it is very weak. If you can curl 15 lbs and do 5 push ups dont waste your time.

For posture and balance it shines. It monitors your balance and posture during exercises, and this tells you which muscles need more strength or flexibility. Over all the program is cumbersome and does not flow well.

The snowboarding game is fun and you can actually sweat a little.

Also went to the range and tested the new Big Dots on my G19 and Kahr. I like them, but dissapointed that they dont fix my trigger control issues Ran about 100 rnds of 9mm.

Also ran about 150 rnds of .22 through my cmmg AR conversion. Tested a 3 point sling I have and decided it sucks.
