According to the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Dam is "managed" by the Corps, it does not say owns.
US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS Does anyone have solid facts that the Corps OWN the land and carry is off limits?
Paynesville? Aka Paynetown? That's nothing more than a recreational area. Not a state park.
