| Trijis are much higher quality than Mepros. IIRC, mepros are just colored dots, Trijis are all outlined.
I didn't like my old mepros- rears were too bright compared to front.
I can almost be happy with plain rears but at night, not so much. Therefore I'd recommend a straight eight config and mepro doesn't make those.
Remember to aim correctly with the straight 8's. Everyone likes to rearrange the dots funny or make them touch as opposed to keeping the blade tops aligned like usual...
