| I had a Political Science professor from Purdue that used to live in Great Britain for a few years. We were studying their electoral system and he was telling us about when he lived there, some of the cool things. But, he said, he had his garage broken into constantly. He said property thefts and crimes are just normal. I guess they are a bunch of thieves over there. He said one of the big problems they are having with the violent crimes is "hooliganism". Basically, drunk or high teenagers running around with nothing to do so they break stuff and beat people up for fun.
I would hate to live there for simple reason of not being able to protect myself or my property. It would be cool to live in Europe though, just to travel. |
