mostly a mix of dutch, german, swedish, english and home grown. some words dont translate correctly in dutch so they use german... or vise versa.... and so on.

most of the time they will speak dutch to each other and switch to english when an englishman comes around. unless they don't want you to understand, or think you might be offended. or are just being *******s... then they will keep on with dutch until you speak to them.
