Mepros are outlined too. Trijicons seem to have paint on them, while Mepros look like they have some sort of white ring around them. Mepros have larger dots as well. I have old Trijicon rears on my Glock with an Ameriglo (Trijicon insert) front. My Kahr wears Mepros. To me both have advantages, but it is a wash as to their effectiveness.
