Well, here's an update to my shopping experience with TGS.com. I went to the BBB website, and after some search and redirecting, I posted a complaint on BBB of Wisconsin (that's where their HQ is at). After so many months, they refunded my money last month for my first order that they say they shipped, but I never received, and canceled my second order that I'd been asking them to cancel forever. I'll go close the BBB complaint now. So anyone still find themselves can't get anywhere with TGS' customer service, BBB maybe the right route...
