Another +1 on the PAST pads. They're available in different thicknesses. Additionally, they go on YOU not the gun, so 1 pad can meet all your needs rather than having to buy a pad for each gun.
Plus you can wear it under your shirt so no one knows you're a wuss. Or, conversely, convince everyone you're a recoil eating He-mMan.
