My suggestion "IF" you want to pursue this is go to the state police or prosecutor. You normally don't get it swept under whan another agency gets involved (especially ISP).
and once the ball gets rolling they WILL find out who he is.

There is a little thing called a Use of Force Continum and just standing there "answering" questions is not on the chart of acceptible reasons to use force. Does the place have cameras? did anyone have a cell phone pic? Anyone you know witness this that would make a statement? etc etc.

Also under LEOSA/HR 218 you are not covered to carry once you have ANY alcohol (I am covered under that and we get that aspect of the alcohol preached ALOT) It is not against the law to drink with a LTCH in Indiana but I'm pretty sure his department might have different rules. (municipal and county LEO's are requried or were to have a IN LTCH FED LE does not) But LTCH or not most departments have that policy.
