Negatives:
Live in a sub-division with many houses very close by and one way in and out.
Cheaply made home with thin walls and windows in all the wrong places.
Not enough armed neighbors.
On outskirts of town with lots of houses to pillage and plunder around.
Positives:
Couple real close neighbors who have arms and the know-how to use them.
2 Story house with semi-defensible upstairs.
3 maybe 4 warm bodies able to defend.
Decent view of the only vehicular entrance/exit.
Chances of me staying to defend are very low unless I have no choice. Most plans are to bug out if at all possible. Half of my plans are by vehicle, but the other half are on foot.
