Not the same. If you posted a photo with a bad word in it, it's the same as actually writing the bad word since a member who looks at your post can't make the choice to view that word.
Posting a link with a caution in it is a completely different matter. The viewer CHOOSES to view those bad words, they are not forced upon him.
