| Carrying into a facility with metal detectors, what can they do?
I was thinking about this today, and I thought I would post.
Let's say you're going to the Conseco Fieldhouse to a Pacers game and you are carrying concealed (arbitrary facility and event, but that Artest character scares me). You walk in, and you are waved down with a wand. It goes off on your weapon, and they have 'made' you. What can they do? Can they detain you? Do they only have the right to ask you to leave? Can they deny re-entry even if you return without your weapon? |
