I've never dealt with it, but let me ask you, how much did you figure a build to cost you?

This Kit: Del-Ton, Inc. AR-15 16" M4 Rifle Kit
This Lower: AIM Superior Arms S-15 AR15 .223/5.56 Lower Receiver Superior Arms S-15 AR15 .223/5.56 Lower Receiver
+
=555 + however much for a transfer + shipping

Not saving that much by the end, maybe like $50, but you'll learn the system really well
