| The reason they are asking what they are asking is because a lot of people ask "How do you get a Class 3?" when what they really mean is "What does it take to buy a machinegun/suppressor/AOW/etc?".
It usually comes from an assumption that you need a license of some sort to own one, which isn't the case.
The term "Class 3" is the sort-of name for the type of license needed to deal in these types of things.
The average owner is not a dealer. They buy each gun/suppressor/whatever one transaction at a time.
So to answer your question we need to know:
Are you asking how to become a dealer?
or...
Are you asking how and what it takes to buy an MG/suppressor/whatever? |
