Ryan, I go every couple of months to each state's official page and check it out.
CCW Concealed Carry Laws by State should have up to date info also.

Check out the page above ref: Utah Concealed carry permit that (I think) Hiram Abiff posted.
If I recall, he said it's $150, but he does discounts for national organization memberships like NRA, GOA, JPFO, etc. There may be others, but I'll leave that to him to explain the day of the class. (That is, I'm not going to tell anyone that the cost is less than what he posts-if he wants to discount it, that's his place, not mine.
