| I'm sorry, but as soon as I was told, both on the phone and by email that "it's a deal, we'll pull it and hold it for you", I consider a deal was struck. I tshould have been handled just the same as the "buy it now" feature on an auction, and the bidder told item was already sold. For not following thru on your word, I consider a -1 getting off easy.
