Re: #1: The P30's grip is like sandpaper. The only solution I've found is to wear a tucked in undershirt.

Re: #2: The stippling on the web. I recommend talking to Cory first, but you might find that some 400 grit sand paper or an emery board might "take the edge off"

On the USP Tactical I found the front and rear of the grips were very sharp. A quick buff with some sand paper made a night and day difference. You might find the same.
