3) I really like the design and layout of the site, but with all the graphics it takes forever to load. We have an extremely well connected high-speed internet service atm, and it still takes several seconds to load. If she wants to optimize the speed, you might have her start by looking at the size of the graphics she's using. That can make a world of difference sometimes. Also, my dad has a website design/hosting company that I can put you in touch with if you're interested. Just shoot me a PM.
