IIRC, it's very rare, as you have found out. It was only on some of the very first guns. I don't know of anybody that produces it currently.
I found a few sites, however they all appear to be for AR-15s, but there are tons of pics if you do an engine search.
Wait a minute, doesn't the AR10 use the same butt-stock and pistol grip as a AR15? I'm not positive because I don't have an AR10, but I think it does.
Would the front handguard be the same as well?
If so, look at "Rock River, JP Enterprises, Precision Firearms and DPMS" I found mention on another forum that those are the companies that make wood stocks.

He makes mention that the free-float tube is camo painted to match the wood butt-stock. That could possibly get you close to what you're looking for.
I'll keep checking to see what I come up with.
