As the title says I'm looking for a double mag pouch for a Smith & Wesson Shield. Did a site search and a Google search but no definitive answer. Prefer open top with belt loops not paddle. Need your help INGO.

Check out Henry Holsters (amhenry on INGO). He makes awesome gear for the Shield and some other guns. Really high quality work. Almost all my holsters and mag carriers for my Shield and M&P9 full size have come from him. If you want open top double mag with belt loops it's exactly what I have from him and it works great. Has a retention screw to adjust the retention if you want also. www.henryholsters.com

Blade tech makes them for the shield. Also, safariland has an accordion style kydex/plastic that fits several mags. I can't remember the name of the pouch though.

I had Mills tactical make a single mag holder. So I assume he could do a double. His quality it top notch. He even replaced some hardware that I broke on one of his holsters even though the damage was 100% my fault

I got the Uncle Mike's 1911 double mag pouch, made of kydex, for my wife's Shield. It has screws to adjust the tension, and available with belt loops, or paddle, from MidwayUSA.
