Or you can get a C&R and get the sale price on everything all the time at Midway and Brownells.

The mags I currently use are USGI issue.
Ran into a great deal on them a couple of years ago for $5 ea, in the wrapper with the mil-spec number on the outside.

I've never had a problem in my RIA or Ballister Molina.
If it ain't broke, I ain't going to fix it.
When these wear out, I may buy some better quality mags.

if you can find them(not sure what kind they are) but the type included with the taurus PT1911 are decent mags. a buddy of mine has a pt and we shot the s#!t out of it to break it in. never ran into a feeding issue once

None of my 1911's like CMC mags. Springfield mags also suck.
One of my friends has some ACT-Novak mags that ran great in mine.
Wilson's 47C run flawlessly through mine and are my carry mags.

If your looking for cheap range mags, I bought a bunch from DPMS for less than $5 a piece and put Wilson springs & followers (found locally) into them and have unstoppable mags for under $10 a mag

Online Store — DPMS: AR-15 Rifles, Parts and Accessories.
(free shipping on orders over $50 i think)

Another vote for Chip McCormick mags. My Dan Wesson would not feed reliably with Wilson or Kimber 8 round mags, but seem to work fine with the cheaper Chip McCormick mags. Also if you pay attention you can catch them on sale at Midway.

I forgot to mention that for 7 rounders I have had good luck with Israeli mags. As an added bonus you will probably be the only one on the range with the Star of David stamped on your magazines.

Both. I had an occasional ftfeed with shooting stars. I tried one power mag and the first magazine full had 2 fte.
Outfitted all CMC's with Wilson springs and followers and they run great now.

If you are in the Military (Active, Guard , Reserve or Retired) , you get the discount from Midway and Brownells also.
