| Marksman | sites I have heard the sights that come stock on the Taurus PT 24/7 Pro's shoot low. If so how is this fixed and/or are there any sights that you would suggest? What is the price range for these?

| Marksman | i have heard this. Note I have yet to shoot it. I should be able to compensate for it seeing as i have always been taught to shoot military style (not use the sites) and just shoot by feel. But, still I have heard this about the heinie sites.(like that they are set too low or something) And was just wondering.(for more precession shooting)

| INGO Bishop of Bacon ![]() | It seems odd that factory sights would be set to shoot inaccurately. I've never heard this about the Taurus, but there are certainly lots of aftermarket sights you can install if you don't like the stock ones.

| Marksman | the us military teaches point and shoot center mass for the most part because there is not time always time to use your sites when in battle so you have to learn how to know more by "feel" than to line up every shot it may take time you do not have. (every one that showed me how to shoot was ex military in fact i intended to join for almost all my life but the airforce shot me down because some meds they had me on for "add/adhd") and i was wondering if any one els has heard this about the sites or not? and if so how it is corrected? and i hadnt heard about this myself till recently and its about the hienie sites that come with the 24/7 pro. but the maker of the sites say its just that everyone holds it wrong so idk.

![]() | I've shot my brother in law's 24/7 pro quite a bit and never had a problem with the sights.

| BOFH ![]() | The chances the sights are off on a production gun, are slim to nothing..... Shooting by index has NOTHING to do with the sights.
