I second the suggestion for XS Big Dots. I wish I would have found this sight before I bought Trijicons for my XDm. My only problem with the Trijicons is that the front sight is a bit narrow for my liking. If you don't mind driving a bit, 21st Century Firearms in Bluffton (INGO supporter ) has Big Dots for Glocks and XDs for $125 and they will install them for free while you wait.

I've got Meprolight three dot sights on my G23 and love them. Meprolight is not the only game in town, but I like them a lot.

I "HATE" no-snag sights. It's virtually impossible to rack the slide with one hand with them installed.

Trijicons. They are brighter and more focused than the Meprolights. I've got Trijicon on my M&P and Meprolight on my HK, and I have found the Trijicon sights to be superior for shooting and aiming purposes.
