| wheelman for hire ![]() | hmmm I just ordered a pachmyer decelerator pad from cabelas. when I get it I may have to exchange for one of those instead. I would of bought one of those pads locally but haven't seen any.

![]() | I have used 3 of of the Sims screw on pads 1 of the Sims slip-on pads and 1 of the Pachmyer screw on, and never had them effect accuracy. Some of the screw on pads haven't fit the best but other than that never heard a negative commit from someone who used one. |

I don't see where it would effect accuracy except change length of pull. But I'll take off the stock plastic butt plate to help take some of that out. I guess I'll see if it effects getting my cheekweld where I need to for the scope before I decide whether to stick with the pad or get the shoulder pad. Either way I can always put it on something else, lol. As long as it doesn't change my cheekweld too much, and helps me from killing my shoulder at the range or in prone position, I'm happy, lol.

Plus you can wear it under your shirt so no one knows you're a wuss. Or, conversely, convince everyone you're a recoil eating He-mMan. ![]() | |
