I heard that there were two new twenty two long rifle manufacturing plants being opened and built in the western states to help with the shortage. Does anyone else know any different or the same thing. I thought i read something in my national rifle association magazine about either federal or winchester opening a new plant just to focus on rim fire ammo in 2014? I thought it would be way better by now but we are not any better than a year ago...
