Thumbs up The Cartridge Collectors Exchange

There are several of us on INGO who collect cartridges and this thread is intended to be a place where cartridge collectors can arrange trades with other collectors. Just post what you have available to trade and what you are looking for. Pictures are recommended but not required. Any type of cartridge is welcome like military surplus, shot shells or just a wide variety of common calibers.

This thread is not meant for the purpose of buying or selling regular ammunition or reloading components. That should be done in the classifieds.

I did consult with the mods before planning and starting this exchange thread. Any questions please let me know.

I am looking to trade for unusual rifle cartridges. I prefer military surplus but anything is interesting. I have some 8x56R Steyr available to trade. Four different head stamps and different dates but it seems that 1938 and 1940 is most common. Here are some pictures:

I also have some surplus 8mm Mauser to trade for anything unusual. From right to left it is Turkish surplus with various dates (1938 and 1940 is common), next is a steel cased round that appears to have German writing on the box it came out of. Possibly East German but I don't believe it is Romanian stamped 1970. Next is an Ecuadorian round stamped 1955 and last on the far left is an odd ball round with an unusual primer sealer. No head stamp, I think it is South American manufactured. I have multiples of all these if you are interested in trading.

Edit: The steel case cartridge is East German and the head stamp is 04 61. (Thank you Bogwalker)

Bumping for an awesome thread! Thanks for organizing this Wolfhound, rep inbound. I will post trade/sale items once I get pictures taken, but I will say that I have hundreds of different single cartridges available (odd calibers, rare manufacturers, unusual projectiles, etc.).
My trade or purchase interests include:
    9.3x82R
    6.5x58R Sauer
9mm Flobert BB caps or CB caps
7mm Flobert shotshells, BB caps, or CB caps
    6mm Flobert shotshells
.38 rimfire short or long with Western brand "diamond" headstamp
.38 rimfire short or long with Peters brand "speeding P" headstamp
Most calibers and variations of USGI infrared tracer cartridges
Most sub caliber tracer or spotter-tracer training cartridges
Unusual original military .50 BMG load variations or countries
Uncommon special purpose military loadings of any caliber including incendiary, spotter, spotter-tracer, smoke tracer, API, APT, sabot, etc.
I am interested in single cartridges and sometimes full or partial boxes of any of the above.

Thanks Aaron, it is good to see enthusiasm for this hobby. I am looking forward to seeing what you have to trade. You are obviously one of the more advanced collectors on INGO. Certainly way above my level. I hope this thread can help everyone improve their collection from those who are just beginning to collect to advanced collectors like yourself.

I have some 303 Enfield AP and API you might be interested in. I will get some pictures up soon.

I do know orange is tracer, and green is "Semi Piercing"
