AMMO POLL: What mixture of rifle ammo to you purpose to keep on hand.

I've got a mixture, brass, brown bear, M193 stuff. Whatever I could get over the past few 'months of rush'.

Do you shoot a lot of courses? Or shoot a lot of drills with your rifle?

Lots of range time?

How much do you think is 'enough'?

This is kinda a fun poll; yet at the same time, it is one that may help some gather more 'just in case' of legislation issues.

what I purposely buy for for my "SHTF" stash is 62 grain ss109. just to shoot I'll buy whatever but thats not "stashed"

I have 2 M-44's. The one with a scope shoots 6" left with the heavy ball. It's sighted in with a light reload of 123gr .310 bullet and 42gr or IMR4064 Stays around an inch at 50yards. With the ghost ring sighted M-44 I practice 5rds.each of standing,sitting, kneeling,and prone.

I keep all my brass mainly for SHTF scenarios but I'll buy whatever for the range. My SHTF ammo is contained within FMJ, ss109, and incindeary. Everything else is just target or PP ammo.

I buy mostly 122 grain hollow points for my AK. I used to shot it 1-2 times a year. Now that Wolf is $7.50 a box, it is now just my itshtf rifle. As for .22 I buy CCI and bulk.

I practice with my SHTF M193 stash and resupply as needed.

My 223 bolt gun is sighted in with 60 g v-max(2000 loaded and another 3000 to load+ I have ball that I can load another 5000 of ). For the garand I have about 3000 which is a mix of ka headstamp factory ball and reloads with mostly 173g match.
For the pistol I have about 5000 cast lead loaded, 2000 fmj. there is also 2000 cast bullets sitting in the gun room. 300lbs of lead and about 6 5gal buckets of brass.
