I would go to a Honda Dealer and I think its GN4 oil. You do want to look for an ATV oil. Also make sure to change the oil filter.

    Thanks everyone

but why are some people so cagey about answering a simple question like that

    be like

Hey X10 I like use about 2.5 qts of GN4 on my quad

    or

Hey x10 I've used mobil xxxx

    just for the record

I use wix filters for my polaris quads and Mobile 1 0-40w oil, I've used it for years and have nothing but good things to say, I always change my oil every spring and 2 years ago I changed the belts in all my and my dads Polaris quads and didn't notice a big difference, so I guess after 3k miles the belts were still OK, but I felt better so it was worth the $60,

See I'm not open to any liability and I didn't give away any secrets

    Again Thanks

Honda's need the Gn4 oil due to it is not only lubricating the engine but also the transmission is getting lubricated with the same oil. It is for proper gear mesh in the transmission. It is like this for my 400EX, I can't remember if a foreman has a separate transmission. But if the transmission is not separate on yours I would recommend using the Gn4.
