Papa Murphys BACON, BACON, BACON!!!

Just tried the new limited time only Bacon, Bacon, Bacon pizza at Papa Murphys. OMG! Three types of bacon, Canadian, Apple wood and Peppered PLUS three types of onion, green, red and vidalia. OOHH the bacony goodness.....absolutely the BEST pizza ever, go out and get one today while you still can, $8.99 large, $10.99 family size. Seriously, I don't know how they can make any money on this there is sooo much bacon. In hindsight, i should have done a review for the contest but still, OMG....

Okay, I don't get this place. I've tried it and our whole family thought it was vile. They say that there is no such thing as a bad pizza, just that some are better than others. Well this was bad. It's been a couple years ago. Is it worth trying again? Have they done something different maybe in the last couple years? We bought three huge pizza's for a family gathering and ended up throwing most of it away. Even Papa wouldn't eat it and he eats everything. ( Our family calls Grandpa Papa, No relation to Mr. Murphy)

So what say you? Try it again?

We had the same experience a few of years ago. We recently tried it again, and it is now on our regular list of places to get pizza. I don't know if they changed anything, or if our expectations weren't as high. Actually had one last night, and it was tasty.

We like that pizza too but we order it without onions. Not a single one in his house likes onions. Not a huge fan of the ham on it though. Excuse me, I mean canadian bacon. It'd be better if it could get crunchier... I think maybe next time, I will actually crisp the ham a little before putting it on the pizza.
