Have a 98 CRV that will soon have a lift kit, cragar rims, goodyear wrangler tires, push bar, Westin lights, etc... Went to install the lights today and as you guessed it, no joy. I'm getting power at the switch (it lights up) but not at the bulbs apparently. I have followed the diagram exactly. I'm not an expert with wiring by any means so I'm at a loss as to what to troubleshoot. Here is the diagram I followed.

Check the fuse on the battery lead, the power to the lights does not come from the switch but from the relay.
The switch only switches the poles in the relay.

My first guess would be a poor ground connection. If you had a spare length of wire, you could try grounding the lights directly to the battery and bypassing a possible open in your chassis ground path.

Double check all of your grounds, and the fuse.

Relays can sometimes play mind tricks on you, double check all the leads from the relay.

Break out the test light and start checking every connection.

Are your parking lights automatic or do you have to turn them on manually? Are they on?

    As in "Honda CRV"?
    Yes sir, Honda CRV

I think there is enough wire. Will ground to the negative post on the battery.
You didn't forget to plug the relay in, did you? :D
    Yes, relay is plugged in.
Can you feel or hear the relay activate when you flip the switch?
I can't hear it from inside but next time I'll try to have somebody listen for it.
Are your parking lights automatic or do you have to turn them on manually? Are they on?
Not automatic, flip em on manually.
Others have said it, but check fuse and grounding.
Fuse is good to go. Will work on grounding.

Thanks INGO for all the help!

I bet you the paint between your new push bar and whatever you have it bolted to must be keeping the ground continuous from your lights to your battery.
