Bring it! I love winter! I've spent a lot of my life in the Mountains of East Tennessee, and there is nowhere else on Earth I'd rather be than in the GSMNP during a good winter storm.

I'm the opposite. Cold makes my day harder. Snow, even ice, are something I can work with/around.

We had a terribly hot/dry summer last year and look at the winter we had...I'm not sure there is a good correlation.

That's true, doesn't seem to make much difference.

I hate snow!!! If my house wasn't paid for and my health was a little better I'd be out of here!!! Sounds like Cameramonkey has the right ideal. Time to tune up the snow blower. I bought a 32 inch Troybilt self propelled 2 stage. Best idea I ever had!!! Winter is a little more tolerable!
