An actual job for a SWAT team, and it should be interesting for them if they don't talk him out or he doesn't kill himself. If they have to go in, is the sister a hostage or an ally?

They need to make sure to flashbang the baby and check that the address is wrong on the paperwork. That way we can be assured the bad guy will be shot and killed.
