you can use the dealer locater on the Snap On website and they will give you the contact info for the local dealer. Due to the distribution areas, most dealers will be hesitant to sell to someone who is not in their exact area. Bloomington/Spencer likely has multiple dealers, so your shop or home address may be nessecary to find which dealer is appropriate for you. You can always buy from the website, and even warranty broken items through the website, but the website likely won't have any special deals, promotions or really good sales that an independent dealer will have.
Stop at your local service station or car dealer and ask a mechanic for his name and number. I'm sure they still give out toolbox magnets and calendars.
I love Snap On tools. I have a tool box full I bought years ago when I thought I was going to work on cars all my life. That got tiring after 5 or so years but I still have the tools!
