What type of lawyer is needed?

If someone had a question about an issue with a vehicle lease, what type of lawyer would have the most experience?

Now that song will be in my head! Seriously, it's not for me (I don't lease). It's for my daughter and son in law. The dealer MIGHT be doing something shady.

Back to the OP, it kinda depends, but basically a lawyer familiar with consumer contracts.

They have free legal aid, so it won't hurt them to go to a lawyer.

My guess would be civil, contracts and possibly the Uniform Commercial Code.

In my basic Business Law class it was amazing how much legal encroachment the UCC allows. It is tremendous.
