Like the title says. Wanting to pick INGO's brain about what the best vehicle is for $15k or under. No real criteria other than no Prius's. Must have back seats. Bonus points if it's fun to drive and reliable. My Taurus is getting close to 200,000 on the clock and it's time to start doing some research. What say you, INGO?

If you're not talking new. . .I picked up an 03 BMW 540i M Sport new years eve. Very impressed with the build quality, ride, performance, etc. For a 14 year old car I don't know how it could be any better! (Never thought I'd be endorsing a BMW:nuts::laugh:)

Toyota Camry: At around 76% or so made in the USA it has consistently been the most "American Car" produced. I actually at this point despise "American" auto manufacturers as from 2016 out the 8 "Most American Made" vehicles "Foreign" cars took the top 5 of 8 spots the "American" auto companies sold the country out to Canada and Mexico and deserve absolutely no loyalty.

Used Honda's are a good choice, as is a Camry. Check on carguru.com. Put in your zipcode it will let you set the parameters. I bought a 2 year old Dodge Journey last year, for $1,000 Under NADA Trade in Value.

Toyota and Honda make excellent cars. Run forever.

My girlfriend bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox last fall. So far, it's been a great vehicle.
