However, in all seriousness, if you 'google' Project Blue Light; you'll find the blue light is displayed to show honor to fallen LEOs and to promote peace. Not a bad idea.
If thats true then I may have to get me a blue porch light. off to google I go.

I've got a neighbor with Blue Garage lights, one with Halogen blue garage lights, and two with REALLY BRIGHT FRIGGIN GARAGE LIGHTS THAT DRIVE ME NUTS. We have no lights. Light is bad.

AHHH THE SUN! EFF THE SUN! LONG LIVE THE BEAST!

Oh, uh, meanings of colors... Nope, I'm drawing a blank too.

It is a blue party bulb, and I don't think it has anything to do with honoring police in this case.

More than likely it is just there to make their house stand out. It's easy when giving out directions.
Turn at the 2nd street it's the house with the blue light.

Maybe there is a meaining but there is no one set meaning. A blue light could mean something for one group of people or individual and something completely different for others.
    When in doubt, JFC.

Maybe they just haven't stepped up to Red Alert yet?

What Rights have you agreed to compromise away today? What did you get in return? Nothing? So, you didn't compromise, you just gave them away. FOR NOTHING. Do you place such little value on your Rights that you'll sell them for NOTHING?!

I'm going to demand that you give me your house and your car. When you refuse, I will order you to give me just your car, and then I will say "See? I compromised! I only took your car!" Allowing you to keep your own house and only taking your car is not a compromise.

Green means there is a giant praying mantis in the neighborhood:

The yellow one by my front door means the people who lived here before me put a yellow bulb in the light.

At least that's what it meant until it burned out, and I was too lazy to replace it.
