  | Jefferson Proving Grounds.........WTF? I have driven by on highway 50 and enjoyed seeing some of my tax dollars at work with F16 doing practice bombing runs and such. But I have never been inside Jefferson Proving Grounds, this is an overhead sat image from Google Earth can somebody tell me WTF is up with this bombing target? That is Really Weird!
