For the Ladies: a Crack Recipe

In need of a chocolate fix? Try this:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbs. brown sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Fold all ingredients (except chiplets) together until well blended. Add in chocolate chips. (You add those in last so they don't break). Spread on chocolate graham crackers. Voila! Crack! (because it's so addictive...)

I was at an anti-super-bowl party. The sister of our hostess brought this along for her pitch-in treat, and it may have actually been the most popular item at the party (and that really is saying a LOT).

Ohhhh, that was a delicious dish!!!!! I was at the store today but couldn't remember what all was in it... May have to go back tomorrow so I can make this. Did you guys eat all of the left overs yet?

First because you went to an anti superbowl party, because well nothing should be anti football....but really that is besides the point.

The real reason I am disapointed is because you said this was "for the Ladies"

Erm.. well... two things:
1) "anti superbowl party" was the clean description. Let's just leave it at that, mmk?
2) I figured the ladies on the site would be more interested in chocolate... my bad. Trust me, I do NOT cook in my house. Lars does. People die when I cook!!!




ETA: Also note: I never said the women had to MAKE the recipe. They could just GIVE it to their hubbies to concoct for them.

our new neighbors made something very similair to this at Christmas, but the cream cheese mixture had some mint in it. The combination of the mint and the chocolate was insane.

Note to self: Self you need to get that recipe from them...
