Checking out vacation packages on ebay...

So, I'm checking out vacation packages and stuff on ebay. But I ran across one of those "you can stay here for cheap if you listen to our presentation" type deals. Has anyone done this and how bad was it?

For example, this is the one I was looking at in particular.
