    Wearing camo and having a trashy car are means for detainment? I never knew there were dress codes at independence hall...something tells me there's more to this story.

    Doesn't take much. Some philly cops are very sharp. Student recently had to call the police and the lieutenant who arrived on scene immediately knew he was carrying after spotting the braided paracord on his key ring. Just walked right up and asked if he was carrying his gun today.
