We had been in the area several times before but the timing just wasn't right to stay. Anyhow nothing happened, no ghosts. There was a couple of noises but we figured it was normal house noises. We had the Judge Wentworth room which is in a part of the house by itself so we were hoping for some activity. Just the stay itself was very nice. They have a very nice restaurant on site and the food was very good. Our waitress was telling us that the discovery channel had a filming crew there over Halloween and caught several things on tape, including the ghost of who they believe was the carriage man. We took a bunch of pictures so we'll be checking those out. The only thing we didn't like was there is no TV!
Hammer, yeah there are some gooood places to eat down here I think I've gained 10 pounds. I thought we were going to the Keys until the morning we left and the wife told me we were going to New Orleans so I knew how the eating was going to be.
