If your dealership's owner is smart, they will be glad to be rid of GM and their shoddy products. I believe that GM itself is on its deathbed, so it's only a matter of time before even more dealerships suffer the same fate as yours. If I owned your dealership, I'd be converting it into a used car superstore like CarMax or something similar. There is a heck of a lot more profit margin in pre-owned vehicles, anyway. (I've got a friend in the business)

The salesmen at your dealership may be nice guys compared to the slimy rip-off artists at most new car dealerships, but at the end of the day, there are still selling overpriced junk that loses thousands of dollars in value the minute the car is sold and driven off of the lot. This is why I will never buy a brand new American car. No one with any concern for giving people real value for their money would sell new GM products for a living. GM quality is the pits IMO, (have owned 3....never again) and the only good thing I have to say about them is that at least they are not Chryslers.
