A friend of mine stationed at Fort Knox sent an e-mail request to me and I thought I would relay the message to this forum.

It said: If you have 1 Christmas Card please consider sending it here. It would mean a lot to those who have sacrificed for our freedoms. The address:

Nice idea, but badly administered.

I got the same email last year. I mailed out a dozen cards, only to have them returned to me two days before Christmas.

Sorry guys. As it came from a friend who is in active service, I took it at face value that it would be beneficial and helpful. I stand corrected.
